The Metro Urban Studies
Term (MUST) provides 16 semester credits. Courses and credits appear
on the transcript as St. Thomas credits and are included in GPA.
General
Education Credits
MUST may fulfill some
General Education Requirements; inquire with the respective chair
for approval.
Major
Credits
Students from all majors
are encouraged to participate in MUST.
Credits earned through
HECUA courses can be applied to major requirements in the liberal
arts. Discuss with your faculty advisor specific credit distribution
in relation to your degree program and credits you need for the major,
general education and/or electives.

HECUA Deadline
Applications for MUST
are due in the HECUA office for Fall semester by April 15;
for Spring semester by December 1. Early
application is encouraged as the program may fill before the deadline.
Applications are reviewed as they are received. Late applications
are considered on a space available basis.
