of the Institute for Ecuadorian Studies.

Soto, professor of linguistics at Quito’s Catholic
University. A consultant in bilingual education and
multi-cultural issues.
Adriana
Corti, program assistant, she holds a B.A. from
Quito’s Catholic University in Applied Languages.
