Martha Moscoso, program director. Moscoso holds
advanced degrees in sociology of development and in
Andean history. She has done extensive teaching and
research in womens and gender history and in indigenous
communities. She teaches on the Human Sciences faculty
at Quitos Catholic University.
María Arboleda, primary faculty. Arboleda
is an international consultant on public policy and
gender, local government and participative local planning.
She is a professor of graduate studies and holds degrees
in sociology and political science.
