College Possible is adding lots of talented, idealistic college graduates to our team. We are excited each year by the quality applications we receive from all over the country, especially with our recognition from the Princeton Review as one of the Best Entry-Level Jobs offered by companies or organizations nationwide.

We will select more than 100 AmeriCorps and VISTA members to start in the fall for positions in Minnesota’s Twin Cities; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Omaha, Nebraska and potentially a new expansion city.

The Priority Application deadline is February 8, 2012 and the Regular Application Deadline is March 7, 2012.

What is Admission Possible/College Possible?
Admission Possible/College Possible is a nonprofit organization making college admission and success possible for low-income students through an intensive curriculum of coaching and support. We provide our students with (1) academic support through SAT/ACT test preparation; (2) guidance in the college application process; (3) assistance in the financial aid application process; (4) guidance in the college transition; and (5) support toward college degree completion. We currently serve nearly 8,700 low-income students annually in 29 high schools across the Twin Cities, Milwaukee and Omaha and on more than 150 college campuses nationwide. Since our founding in 2000, we have helped 98 percent of our students earn admission to college and nearly 80 percent of students are working on their degree or have graduated!

iMentor Interactive

The National Program Director for iMentor Interactive is responsible for partnering with nonprofits and schools across the country and providing everything they need to run high quality, high impact mentoring programs in iMentor’s model, including: a high-impact curriculum, an online platform for managing all aspects of the mentoring program, and intensive consulting services.

The National Program Director for iMentor Interactive is responsible for overseeing all aspects of iMentor Interactive’s growth and development, including strategic planning, business development, partnership building, program implementation and evaluation, ongoing management and new innovation. A member of the senior leadership team, this is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to manage all day-to-day strategy and operations for this cutting-edge social enterprise. The National Program Director will also provide ongoing leadership, vision and support for all iMentor Interactive staff and is responsible for hiring, growing, and empowering leaders within the department who will drive iMentor’s ambitious goals.

What We’re Looking For: The National Program Director for iMentor Interactive is responsible for partnering with nonprofits and schools across the country and providing everything they need to run high quality, high impact mentoring programs in iMentor’s model. It is a huge job running a multi-million dollar program with thousands of participants and management responsibilities for a growing team. We’re looking for excellent leaders and managers to join our team. The highest potential candidates we’ve seen to date share the following qualities:

* Dynamic personality, skilled at building and managing large scale partnerships
* Entrepreneurial leader with demonstrated success overseeing the strategy and implementation of all aspects of a business or program with focus on optimization and innovation

* Experience leading through change, and ideally growth
* Demonstrated passion for iMentor’s work (mentoring, closing the achievement gap and college access and persistence)
