Withdrawals
The HECUA application processing fee and program deposit are both non-refundable or deferrable.
HECUA makes substantial financial commitments on the students' behalf well in advance of the start of the program therefore if a student withdraws from participation, payments due and/or refunds of the comprehensive fee will be based on the schedule outlined below.
Should students find it necessary to withdraw from the program, they must submit a signed letter, or email from the account identified on the program application, stating the intention to withdraw. The official withdrawal date, for purposes of establishing the refund amount, will be based on the date of HECUA's receipt of the letter of withdrawal (which also may be faxed).
