Sacha Chandavong, a Global Studies major at the University of Minnesota, and current participant in the fall 2011 Writing for Social Change (WSC) program, has begun a unique and clever public art project as part of her HECUA experience. She invites anyone and everyone to take a look at the beginnings of her online photography project and PARTICIPATE. Public Art WSC is an expression of words and imagery that come together to ask deeper questions about the intersections of art, life, and hope.
